Banana Bread

The most delicious banana bread ever!!!

Banana Bread
-1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour the bottom only of a 9x5 loaf pan. In a large boal, beat together sugar and oil. Add eggs, bananas, sour cream, and vanilla; blend well. Add flour, soda, and salt. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes. Check with toothpick. Cool 5 minutes in pan then remove. Makes 1 loaf.
